Hello everyone. It's been quite some time since I joined this forum. After two years using my old PC with an Intel GMA graphics card, I managed to assemble a mid-range system. It starts up in Windows, though occasionally it shows a warning that the time isn't configured when it should be in the BIOS settings. Here are my specs for reference: CPU – Intel Core i5-4460, GPU – Palit Jetstream GTX 970, RAM – 16GB DDR3 from Kingston, motherboard – Asrock Z97 Extreme4, power supply – 600 Watts. Thanks!

Purchase a cr2032 CMOS battery, remove the old one and install the new one. My G31M S2C came with a dead CMOS, so swapping it kept the BIOS settings intact—not just disappearing when I unplugged the PC. Since it's a Z97 board, you can apply minor overclocking through BCLK, often reaching around 105 MHz, and possibly higher depending on conditions. Also, as a Z board, you can enable Turbo Multi across all cores for better performance.
