You should update your BIOS before installing the new parts, especially if you're using Intel right now.
You might face difficulties even submitting a request. It seems the A320 won't come with Zen 2 by default, and no compatible board will support flashback, meaning you'll need an updated BIOS from a supported processor. A320 is a weak option overall; B450 would have been preferable.
