I've been attempting to utilize my onboard graphics for a small 5" LCD display to show temperatures and similar data. My GPU only has one HDMI port, which is currently occupied, so I can't connect the LCD. I thought there might be an internal graphics setting in my BIOS that allows using my iGPU. However, I couldn't locate it on multiple websites or even in the motherboard manual. Do you know where I can find this information or how to access it? Thank you for your help!

I don’t have full system details, but I can help with that. Can you share more about your device and what you’re trying to achieve? That way I can suggest an adapter or solution for HDMI from DisplayPort.

I could use an adapter too, but I'm exploring alternatives since they're around $60. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 3400G CPU, Gigabyte B450 motherboard, 16GB RAM, and an 8GB GPU. The storage is a 256GB Western Digital SN520 drive paired with a 1TB Seagate ST1000DM010. I also have a 240GB Intel 540s SATA SSD. I pasted the details from my profile, so some info might be redundant, but here you go : )

Wouldn't this cable function? It costs $7 on Amazon.

It seems you're considering purchasing something and are puzzled about a missing option. That's understandable—confusion is normal! Let me know if you'd like help clarifying further.
