Good afternoon,
I'm making sure I haven't overlooked any mistakes in my BIOS configuration for my new system. It's been a long time since I built it and I'm experiencing slowdowns in Windows 11 when using Alt-Tab.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z790 F
i5-13600k 3.5GHz
64GB (2x 32GB) DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) Timing 30-36-36-96
RTX 3070 TI
2x WD_Black SN850X NVMe M.2 2280 2TB Internal SSD

All software is current. If you have any video or screenshots showing optimal settings, I'd really appreciate it. Or could this be related to the new 13th generation Intel issues?
Thanks in advance!

Updated to 2503, switched to the Intel setting and noticed improvements. Now I'm checking if my CPU is being cooked properly.
