80C is fine; running it at that temperature for a short while won’t damage anything. Consider the performance of systems over extended periods in big data centers. Large FFTs use less CPU power, though they may still generate some heat—around 80°C is likely, but it probably won’t lead to problems.
You can keep the PC running all night and use it to warm your space without the oven on...
That's the spirit, but 90W isn't a lot of heat so don't expect a ton of actual heating from it.
