motherboard model: AsusTek Tuf Mark 2 x299, old BIOS version 3501, updated to new BIOS 4001 with ME updater installed and firmware refreshed. Updated BIOS file was placed on USB formatted to FAT32. Flash updater was selected, but the system reports BIOS version 4001 while MSInfo32 and most monitoring tools indicate otherwise. I'm also facing issues with the Asus suite—my installation says a reboot is needed before it completes, but after rebooting I encounter an error message. I'm confused about what I'm doing incorrectly, even though I confirmed with the manufacturer's support team. Issue affecting the AI suite.
