I previously attempted overclocking and achieved stable performance at 4.2 across all cores on that voltage. My Cinnebench score was better than the stock, but I switched back to the default setting now. I tried again and received the same score. However, the hardware information and Ryzen Master reports indicate I’m running at 1.1V, yet my Cinnebench result remains unchanged. It’s a bit puzzling—could this be a bug?

Riot's Vanguard (like in Valorant) may interfere with how Windows reads or modifies voltage readings. I’d prefer the BIOS over any OS-reported numbers.

I attempted to enable safe mode and everything checked out. The issue seems to be elsewhere. Thanks.
