What probability exists for me to avoid a POST Video error using a Universal graphics CCA and re-booting the BIOS on my PRIME B650, which has a VGA port that doesn't function?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
My board is PRIME B650. I get a POST Video ROM failure. VGA on board does not work.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Practically all AM5 Ryzen processors have an iGPU except for the K SKU's. If you're encountering an VGA issue without a discrete GPU, then either you have the wrong BIOS on your board for your processor, you're working with an F SKU processor or you bent pins on the CPU's socket when installing the CPU onto said socket.

CPU model is RYZEN 5 7600X, cooler is Freezer 7X, motherboard is PRIME B650M-A AX. RAM includes DDR5 Pro with 2x16GB capacity. Storage consists of a 500GB SSD/HDD. GPU is integrated. Power supply is a 500W Smart Thermaltake. Chassis is ASUS PRO. No operating system installed yet. Monitor is HP VGA, compatible with other systems. BIOS was refreshed to the latest version. Please note the only error during startup is DASH-DOT-DOT.

Sounds like an issue with a CPU pin(s) in the CPU socket since you're using the iGPU of the CPU. You will need to take the CPU out and check the socket for any bent or damaged pins. It could just be a matter of needing to reseat the CPU and try again.
There is also a possibility of a ram module issue where they're not seated properly and need to be reseated, or there is a CPU pin issue there too.

Thank you for your interest. I will check the CPU (BGA) socket once more and also examine the RAM connectors. This board has had two different CPUs and two sets of RAM installed, yet both have performed similarly. Initially, I replaced the memory with an MSI board, but now I'm using this setup. I didn't think about connector issues for the CPU or RAM because there were no POST errors reported.
Regards
