Hello everyone, the story starts there. I initially just needed to clear out my drives to tidy up my PC. After resetting it, I restarted and landed on the login screen, but couldn’t log in because the system couldn’t locate my account. To fix this, I opened the command prompt and tried formatting both drives as NTFS. I have a thumb drive with the Windows 10 media creation tool, but when I set it to boot priority, I’m redirected back into BIOS where I’ve been stuck since the formatting. How can I get my computer to start without using the drive?

Use the media creation tool to prepare the installation media on the USB drive. Placing the tool on the USB has no effect. After inserting the boot media, configure BIOS to boot from USB or press F10/F12 during startup to access the boot menu.
