That error will always show up if you don't have anything connected to the CPU_FAN header. You can either plug the pump into that header or just turn off the check in the BIOS since it doesn't actually matter.

You likely don't have any devices connected to the CPU Fan 1 port. It's better to connect the water pump there, which will alert you if it stops working, though not required. As long as all your fans are running, you can adjust this in BIOS (I had to do it for my setup)

Disable the alert in the BIOS settings. The label varies by model, often showing "CPU Fan Warning" or a comparable phrase
