Ryzen 7 2700X with Gigabyte B450 gaming x and RTX 2070 installed. RAM is 32GB as shown in BIOS, but only 16 appear in Windows. I opted for a clean Windows install since the previous one displayed 32. Got any suggestions?

Hwid indicates the RAM is operating at 1200MHz, while the BIOS reports it at 2400MHz. It seems the RAM might be faulty—check your motherboard instead. Details provided in the post.
