Asrock z170m pro4s mobo, i3-6100. I'm searching for sky oc bios. I have a 2.2, which seems to be before the microcode update. I've discovered archives with Asrock sky oc bios but my mobo isn't listed. I think the version should be between 2.2 and 2.3. Thanks.

I do not believe this to be the same mobo. Mine is z170m pro4s.
This is a link to asrock with the bios record for this model:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170M%20P...ad&os=BIOS
I was mistaken earlier. The bios that added sky oc should be some version between 2.4, and 2.6, when it was removed. I have visited this link several times prior to now and have not had luck verifying either listing of the z170 pro4s is actually a mislabeled bios for the z170m pro4s. I thought maybe one was a mistake since it's listed twice as z170 pro4s but both version numbers seem to be wrong indicating to me that they're actually both for the z170, not z170m. Thanks.

I think I've already looked through this site thoroughly. I'm trying to locate another reference since the board had a bios that wouldn't work with skylake chips, but it isn't showing up here. This seems to be the only record I've discovered so far and have checked closely.

You can reach out to Asrock directly to ask for it. They might forward it to you for testing purposes.
