I couldn't give you a precise timeframe since availability depends on timing. It might have been made recently or even several months ago, which is quite a coincidence. The chances are it won’t include a 13th gen capable BIOS. However, the board supports BIOS flashback, so it doesn’t really change the process. Just assemble your system normally, check if it powers on, observe any CPU error codes, then run BIOS flashback (or Q-Flash Plus as Gigabyte calls it). It’s safe to proceed with a CPU and the rest of the components together. Wait about five minutes for it to complete, and you’re finished.

It's very reliable. If you're worried, check with the retailer to see if they've updated the BIOS prior to buying.
