I recently purchased a WD Blue 1TB NVMe drive, but after installation it doesn’t appear in Windows or the BIOS. I have an Aorus Z590 Ultra and noticed the same problem with another NVMe drive I previously had, which was also PCIe 3.0. I’m assuming I need to adjust some BIOS settings to enable it, though I’m not sure how to do that and support from Gigabyte seems limited. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Windows won't display the drive in Explorer unless you change its format. Click the Start button, then right-click the Start menu and choose Disk Management. The disk will appear as unallocated. Right-click it and pick New simple volume. Assign a name, then proceed. Now the drive should show up in Explorer.
