Hello! I'm just starting here and have been watching Linus for about six years. My PC specs are as follows: CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, Motherboard Asus X570 F gaming RAM, GPU GSKill F4-3000C16S-16GVRB, and an MSI GTX 1080. I also have an SSD Samsung 850 Evo M.2 500GB, a PSU cooler master MWE 550, and a Samsung Cfg70 monitor with a 144Hz free sync curved quantum dot display.

The issue is that the BIOS doesn't show up on my 144Hz monitor, but it works perfectly on my 60Hz monitor. My second PC is an Intel i5 8400 ASUS 370 Prime, and everything else matches. Why does this problem only occur with AMD systems? Please help me understand.

I'm not entirely confident about this since I haven't worked with it before. Make sure you're not moving any bent pins in your processor.

Ensure your integrated graphics are linked to the monitor rather than the GPU.

Your 144 Hz display linked to a DisplayPort 1.2 port through a graphics card.

I encountered the same issue on my 1700 model when updating the bios to resolve it.
