This time I would reduce everything to the essentials—only keep the BIOS chip, core components like the MB, CPU, cooler, RAM stick, and boot drive. Use built-in graphics and restart to see if it returns to the change screen. If not, try moving the RAM into other slots one by one. How long have you been using this setup? When did the issue first appear?
Checked every other option but none include integrated graphics. Specs list: Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM, RTX 2060, 6 GB.
Keep the GPU powered on while turning off all other hard drives except the boot drive.
