If you understand what I'm suggesting, I'd lower your installed memory to one stick, then shut down and restart to check if the issue persists.

This time I would reduce everything to the essentials—only keep the BIOS chip, core components like the MB, CPU, cooler, RAM stick, and boot drive. Use built-in graphics and restart to see if it returns to the change screen. If not, try moving the RAM into other slots one by one. How long have you been using this setup? When did the issue first appear?
