You might attempt manual optimization. Perhaps you won't reach 3600 but could approach it. XMP support isn't guaranteed. Even with 3600mhz RAM, you won't necessarily hit that speed—only the lower end. The motherboard and CPU also play a role. The default speed is 2133 MT/s. For instance, I can only run my 6200mhz RAM at 5800 right now. Are your BIOS updated? If a newer version exists, update it and try XMP again. They often enhance memory stability in newer releases.
