You just assembled the PC and now see this display. I’ve checked f1, f2, and delete, but nothing works.

You're asking if pressing F1 doesn't work and whether your keyboard and USB connection are correct.

Make sure to press enter on the screen—it indicates the process will begin with UEFI.

Verify your USB boards and ensure no short circuits occurred. A part of the MOBO backplate came into contact with USB contacts, causing a short to ground. Inspect your motherboard backplate as well.
