Hello, So I have a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC Y-1 motherboard. I have formatted my flash drive to FAT32 and it has 15gb. I install the correct version for the bios update and extracted and moved it to the flash drive. I try to go into Q-flash to download it and the pop up is still there. Also I keep getting black screen's randomly when I play a game or even just try to log into the pc. When I turn on the pc there is no display. I have all my drivers up to date and I keep getting the dumb black screens. I don't know if it's apart of the motherboard problem with no updating bios but I just cant find helpSad I try everything I see and still nothing. I have a RTX 3070TI, 32Gb's RAM and intel i7 10700KF. If someone can help me I would really appreciate it thank you.! Also the Bios Update is F6 From Nov 2021 So I am behind a lot. This link points to a discussion about BIOS updates causing crashes. Others are reporting RAM settings stuck at XMP 3600 or 3200. You asked if setting it to 3600 makes the RAM voltage sufficient.

Currently, all my RAM modules are using XMP Profile 1 with a speed of 2500MHz each. I've configured the RAM to run at 3600 MHz, but when I try to restart, it won't boot unless I remove two modules.

all ram sticks should reflect their actual ratings regardless of xmp claims. if they’re labeled 3600, use that. if xmp says 2500 but you don’t know a model that does that, it’s not reliable. stick to verified specs.
