Hello, So I have a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC Y-1 motherboard. I have formatted my flash drive to FAT32 and it has 15gb. I install the correct version for the bios update and extracted and moved it to the flash drive. I try to go into Q-flash to download it and the pop up is still there. Also I keep getting black screen's randomly when I play a game or even just try to log into the pc. When I turn on the pc there is no display. I have all my drivers up to date and I keep getting the dumb black screens. I don't know if it's apart of the motherboard problem with no updating bios but I just cant find help

This link points to a discussion about BIOS updates causing crashes. Others are reporting RAM settings stuck at XMP 3600 or 3200. You asked if setting it to 3600 makes the RAM voltage sufficient.
