Yesterday I played Hardline at around 90FPS on ultra at 1440p. Now I’m facing problems with my x61. I spent the night troubleshooting, finally it works smoothly after some tests and an OC of the 5820k to 4.4ghz. I also set the Titan at +200 clock and +500 memory. After installing the drivers for my x52 pro, I tried it on empty servers. Even at low settings, I get under 30fps. When I switch to window mode it jumps back to 120FPS, but then drops again to 30 or 20. The menu is also very slow. I reset the GPU to default, but performance drops even more. Temperatures are normal—65 on the Titan and 58-63 on the CPU. When I close the game it reports a crash. I ran a repair, but nothing changed. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

No, the issue isn't limited to that specific game.

This problem also affected my friend using 780ti. I'm not sure if he solved it, but if you don't find a fix, I'll ask him when he gets around to it.

I’m not running any other games at the moment but I’m downloading BF3 and 4 now and will see when it’s ready. I just played Valley and got over 4000 points without any drops, staying at 110fps.

That's why you avoid games with AMD's logo everywhere—it means the company sponsors the hardware, so they have priority on improvements and bug fixes.

Turn off your X52 during gameplay to observe the results.

But how did it shift from excellent to poor in just one day? The updates include: 4.3ghz to 4.4ghz, Titan memory, +500 NZXT cam 2.0 Saitek x52 pro driver and software, plus Intel extrem monitor.

I attempted and double-checked the software was off. Believed it originated from the Bluetooth headset, so I disabled Bluetooth as well. The noise was quite unusual. Additionally, the EVGA precision graph is extremely slow to load.
