No, it's terrible. Nobody used to play it... honestly, why would anyone want that kind of game? It's even worse than CoD AW.
It's currently $10, but the game is still very much active. It's definitely worth playing. I've logged 400 hours so far.

Battlefield has been gone since BF3. In BF4 there are typically 2-3 active servers and at least 200 that remain vacant (Europe included). Probably even more people are playing BF2. Generally, the shooter genre is declining. Major franchises like CoD and BF are outdated, while Counter-Strike is the only one still keeping things alive. A few games such as Heroes & Generals are decent but not universally appreciated. Currently, if I want to play a FPS, I opt for Evolve...
