Here are your questions rephrased:
1. Can I play the regular version with just dragon teeth, or do I need to buy all the extra packs?
2. Will leveling be difficult without download content?
3. Is the MSI Afterburner still triggering crashes for some players?
4. Do you have many low-latency 64p servers near the west coast?

BF4 offers plenty of time before BF5 launches, allowing you to spend many hours playing.

During that free trial period some time ago, I tried it out. I really liked the big battles. Once the evaluation finished, I hesitated to buy it now since there are plenty of other options available. If I could get it for just ten dollars, I’d be happy to play again.

If you can find it at a low price, then yes. Alternatively, you could play King of the Hill using Arma 3.

Sure, but it remains frustrating with the "Netcode" section. The recent update introduced a significant drop in FPS for many players and added hidden obstacles in several areas you must navigate around. Objects and small ground features also make it difficult to progress. The updated damage system has made weapons under 750rmp nearly ineffective, particularly against users who activate the defense perk.
