Many players are still active, so the Premium edition is worth considering because several servers rely on all Premium content, though there are also servers without DLC requirements.

I agree but consider the full price. The premium isn't essential, but purchasing from G2A or similar could save money by getting a bundle.

Absolutely, not every game mode like conquest or rush is essential or central. Assault and capture modes aren't always the main focus, and some players might prefer different experiences.
