Hello there! I’m just starting out with PC gaming and got a new headset. It’s tricky figuring out how to talk during games—your VoIP is on, but you’re not sure where to adjust it. You mentioned you could switch to voice activation in BattleLog, but it doesn’t seem to appear. Since you can’t hear anyone clearly, any tips would be super helpful!

Thanks, but I was already aware of that. It's just another button I need to press; I want to switch it to voice activation.

I wouldn't waste time on the BF4 chat. It was heavily used in BF3 with a PS3, but it's not commonly used in BF4 for PC. TS3 is the top choice for voice communication.

The in-game configuration isn't found in Battlelog. Based on some research, it seems advanced settings were removed over time. I don't support voice activation because many users have poor microphones, and push-to-talk should be the default option. It appears voice activation is no longer available on PC unless you have special configurations. You'd need a complex setup wizard for any advanced features.
