I can smoothly achieve 60 fps on BF4 at ultra 1080p on my laptop, but when I run Bully, the highest frame rate drops to 25. The CPU temperatures are near 60 degrees, suggesting it might be one of the most demanding games I own, which include BF4 and Fallout 4. Do you think this is due to not using a dedicated GPU (GTX 970M) or any other factors? I’m also curious about tips to improve performance or general reasons why this game struggles with frame rates. Thanks in advance for your help!

There is a framerate limiter on PC (30fps) although I believe there is a workaround. Also, it's a pretty bad port, has similar issues to GTA IV

I understood the 30 fp details and will attempt this setup, though I’m seeing 25 with some dips which is a bit bothersome.
