BF4 FPS decreases recently.
The game has reached a breaking point where performance is severely affected. Frequent and drastic FPS drops are common, shifting from normal levels to very low or none at all. Short bursts of smooth play are often followed by long stretches where aiming becomes nearly impossible. It seems both GTA V and BF4 experience these issues, though BF4 appears less demanding on the CPU. Identifying the root cause is still unclear.

GeForce experience indicates 350.12 WHQL is the newest version. I haven’t performed a clean install using NVIDIA drivers, so I’m unsure, but I think downgrading should be straightforward.
Adjusted settings for drivers under 350.12 WHQL, BF4 functions properly! Still haven’t tried GTA V yet. Really looking forward to it. Thanks everyone!
