I believe pushing 8 x msaa/mfaa might have switched off AA. I plan to check 4 x with high AAs versus the forced 8 when my girlfriend is away. She’s coming back in a few days and won’t let me play if I start a game.

You're curious about achieving 150 fps with your 970. You're using BF4 at medium settings, no AA or ambient occlusion, and are seeing 90 fps on a single 970 without overclocking. It's interesting how you maintain performance while keeping things stable.

I operate at 1080p, which matches your FPS nicely for the resolution you set. Using the command line to utilize every processor thread and waking up your CPU cores provides the most significant boost in performance I've seen.
