Update instructions using pbsetup. Remove the pb folder inside BF3/4 and allow pbsetup to reinstall it. Also verify your firewall isn't restricting punkbuster services.

Both services should be added to the firewall or antivirus settings. If they’re not enabled, turn them on. Restart your router or contact your ISP as a next step. There was no packet traffic, indicating the issue was resolved by the ISP.
