Hi, you’re eligible for BF1 premium without cost, but claiming it redirects you to the payment page of the origin, which then charges 50 euros.

It seems like you're referring to a problem with the Origins trash launcher and think there might be support available on the EA helpdesk.

Open your Origin library, select BF1, navigate to extra content, then add the DLC and premium pass individually from there.
