With the rise of firestorm, adjusting settings to select image quality or high frames while maintaining streamer standards is possible.

I would increase the quality setting, since I play on a 60 hz monitor and I appreciate high quality and detail in my games.

I would strive for the highest possible FPS, as Battlefield games currently face problems. Adding extra on-screen elements isn't wise since they're visible to some players but not others.

I would increase the frame rate while maintaining acceptable quality.

But isn’t Battlefield 5 a visually impressive experience? Also, what are your thoughts? Will the intense graphics strain the GPU more or perform better so we can get higher FPS?

It offers a visual experience if you focus on graphics, but most multiplayer players either cheat or play to feel competitive (particularly when playing with friends).
Firestorm is likely to be more demanding on the CPU compared to standard BFV. The map is bigger and contains 64 players plus various items and loot scattered throughout.
I believe it won't significantly strain a GPU beyond what regular Conquest does.

How would an i5 9400f, an r5 2600 or a third-gen Ryzen setup perform? Can they be considered strong processors?

Mid-range CPUs are suitable, but not for powerful graphics cards like a GTX 1080Ti, an RTX 2080 or a Radeon 7.

Sure, I can clarify that. Could you provide more details about what you're unsure about?
