Sure, for a budget build with your current specs, adding a 16GB SSD won’t drastically change performance. It’ll mainly improve boot times and file access speed. Your existing setup is solid, so the upgrade will be more about storage capacity than raw power.

I believe upgrading won’t improve this setup. It doesn’t justify the cost given this configuration. The main issue might be the CPU, so consider swapping it for an affordable i5/i7/xeon option.
