Hey everyone, I'm looking for the top-rated water cooler that can reach very low temperatures. I was considering the "THERMALTAKE WATER 3.0 RING 360 RGB" (CL-W108-PL12SW-A), but I'm not sure. What do you all think?

The optimal cooler will likely be a tailored solution. For closed loops, Frostytech currently leads with the Cooler Master Nepton 280L, maintaining a temperature of 10.6 degrees above ambient. I think the person is referring to something like liquid nitrogen, which can cool your CPU extremely well but isn't practical for regular use.

Are you referring to a closed loop cooler or a custom liquid cooling setup? It seems the first option is more appropriate.
