I plan to construct a loop combining GPU and CPU, utilizing a single 360+240 setup. I believe a case optimized for a custom loop would be ideal, with a preference for a white finish.

It might mainly depend on whether the card is a reference PCB design. Have you looked at the link provided to check if it exists and if EK offers a suitable block? It could be a good starting point.
