I work with 720 or 1080p at 60 fps. The file is 10mbs bitrate, pixel ratio set to 0 for maximum sharpness. Uploading images will be easier with this setup. You can also use .mp4 or .avi if preferred. Disable resampling in the clip properties for a cleaner look—trust me, it improves quality.

as observed in my photos, simply set res to 4k and fps to 30 for videos at 30 or use 60 for higher quality
