This RAM model offers excellent performance at 3600 or 4000MHz and comes at a fair price. I recommend going for 32 GB right now.

Go 2x16gb is a solid choice, often boosting performance by around 10%. Keep in mind, dual rank differs from dual channel and can also be reached with 4x8gb.

My choice would be 4x8, though 2x16 seems like a dual rank setup most of the time (though I'm not 100% sure). The Cl34 3600 is currently on sale, and the brand isn't crucial unless it's Corsair Vengeance.
