Hello, I just watched this video and am curious about doing the same for my CPU. I have no prior knowledge of these topics. Can I achieve lower temperatures? I'm using a Ryzen 5 7500F with an ASUS A620M-K motherboard.

I only became aware of the 7500f recently, likely because it wasn't widely discussed before.

Another option is to use the curve optimizer in Ryzen Master, which will lower the CPU voltage and cut temperatures.

Yeah, probably an unknown CPU, came with a prebuilt PC, making it a good deal for me. I'm not really familiar with CPU undervolting or PBO stuff, so I'm not sure if what's shown in the video is necessary. If someone does it, it would be great!

Would it be just as secure as the bios method? Would it revert to the original settings by chance, or would this happen only once?

The curve optimizer you referred to is automatic; just turn it on and it will handle the automatic undervolting, though it may require about 30 to 45 minutes.

once configured in ryzen master, you only need to click apply to re-enable it each time your system restarts.

From a safety perspective, using the OS or BIOS seems just as secure as long as you avoid automatic application during reboot. This approach could lead to problems if the adjustment isn't stable, causing the computer to restart repeatedly to fix the issue.

I could suggest this CPU for affordable PC setups because I wasn't aware there were cheaper options than the 7600.

Absolutely, based on what I understand, it's quite impressive around 7600.
