It’s probably just a few digits without OptiFinE, but adding it could push the total into the low 20s.

It seems Linux performs more efficiently due to lower resource demands, possibly excelling on advanced systems while running smoother on older hardware. This insight came from a quick source I discovered, highlighting the contrast: https://flightlessmango.com/benchmarks/ytgDMgYL0eo

I played Minecraft on an Intel Atom N230 chip. It wasn’t ideal, but it worked with just 1 GB of RAM on Windows XP. That was a single-core processor. A Celeron would have been better. I’m not sure about the latest version. The older one could handle 320x240 resolution and 16-bit color to conserve resources.

You can set up the x86 version of Raspberry Pi OS that works smoothly even on less powerful ARM devices. It’s not the most advanced setup, but it’s suitable for browsing the web, streaming films, and simple activities.

For improved MC performance across any operating system, the top mod list includes Fabric Mod Loader, Sodium-fabric, Lithium-fabric, and Phosphor-fabric. You might also replace Phosphor-fabric with Starlight for more consistent, though slightly lower, overall results.
