I planned to assemble my initial computer using http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Qss2P6. Which operating system would suit gaming better—Windows 7 or 8.1? Does the choice influence how well it performs?

Windows 10 is the superior option in my view, mainly due to DX12 support.
