I'm aiming for under $500, preferably even lower, to hit a 3600X. I'm okay with an 8 or 12 core setup but the main challenge is finding a new motherboard, RAM, and cooler. All these upgrades seem expensive on PCPartPicker. Would love some suggestions! I'm planning to move to at least 16GB of RAM, aiming for 32GB eventually. I'm still using a Core i5-4430 from a gateway PC I bought a while ago—it's almost the only thing left. It's starting to slow me down a lot, especially when running resource-heavy apps like Ableton Live, Premiere, After Effects, etc., all at once. They're running so slowly. Current setup: Intel Core i5-4430, GeForce RTX 2060 Super, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 3 SSDs, 2 HDDs, Windows 10 Home.

PCPartPicker provides a categorized inventory of components with pricing details. It lists items such as processors, memory, and motherboards, offering prices that encompass shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts. Each entry is generated automatically for quick reference. Total values reflect current listings across major retailers.
