There are more attractive offers on B die if that's your goal. You can purchase a 3600MHz CL14 for $20 less at the link provided. However, B die only makes sense for overclocking because its performance gains come from the clock speeds. If you're just setting XMP and don't plan to push it further, a 3600MHz CL16-19-19 kit will work well and cost significantly less, especially if you have a Ryzen 3000/5000. For those with Ryzen 1000/2000 or an APU, better alternatives exist for enabling XMP without the higher price.
