The B450 Tomahawk supports a stock 3900X/3950X, which means your assumption is incorrect. Manual overclocking on Ryzen chips isn’t justified. It’s also unclear why you’re rejecting B550 boards since they haven’t been released yet.

Study overclocking for Ryzen and you'll notice most people agree it's not worthwhile. The processor can run at higher speeds naturally. Models like B450 and B550 belong to different boards, so don't assume they're the same. Always do your own research before spreading incorrect information.
