You're already running on AM4 and using an older CPU. Upgrading to the Ryzen 7 5700X3D would make a huge difference—not just for gaming, but also for everyday tasks. It would bring you performance close to a Ryzen 5 7600 in both areas without needing a full system overhaul. I recommend updating your BIOS first, then moving to the Ryzen 7 5700X3D. The boost will be clear and it's much more affordable than switching to a new platform with DDR5 while still delivering similar results.

Ok then choice is more limited Add a few eurobucks to get a 5700X3D then 550W PSU will be fine, it don't need more power than a 1600X anyway

The 5700X3D consumes similar energy to the 1600X, meaning your existing power supply should suffice.
