You could buy the cheapest option like the i3-9100F, but the R5 3600 is better for future upgrades. Just keep using the same CPU repeatedly when you replace the GPU many times.

In India the prices are as follows: Ryzen 5 2600 costs around 12499 rupees or about 174 USD; Ryzen 5 2400G is roughly 10581 rupees or 147.50 USD; Intel i5 9400F is about 11900 rupees or 166 USD; and Intel i3 9100F is approximately 6849 rupees or 91.50 USD. These figures were found on Amazon.
