Best CPU fan/cooler for my i5-7400

Hey there! I need to swap out my CPU fan because the original ones are damaged. It was the standard model, and I'm just searching for a budget-friendly option around $20. Also, what's a good thermal paste for this setup? It's been a while since my brother applied it (he gifted me the PC).
My CPU is i5-7400 with 6M cache and up to 3.50 GHz, and I'm using an MSi B250M Bazooka motherboard.

I'm not sure about the cooler you're considering, but this 120mm model should perform well. It provides solid SP and effectively pushes air through the heat sink fins. If you're looking for a 140mm option, make sure it has good SP and decent performance.

I adjusted the dimensions to 88mm
the maximum I can reach is 100 (4 inches), not more than that

the one you linked would be too big for my case, it's too tall. my limit is under 100 mm

Truly, for a 7400 I’d consider looking for a stock replacement. I’ve noticed prices around $5-10 on eBay, with some shipping included. Basically, any compatible item should be sufficient.
