I'm considering starting overclocking. My current setup is:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 (stock cooler)
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7970
Mobo: ASRock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0
RAM: 4GB Adata XPG V1 1600MHz CL9
PSU: 700W Thermaltake
Case: Ultra Etorque X1
I'm thinking about purchasing the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2x4) DDR3 2133MHz RAM from Canada Computers. The product page says it supports DDR3 2100(OC)/1866*/1800*/1600*/1333/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory. I'm also searching for a suitable cooler.

First question: What overclocking method (Mobo?) would help my RAM reach 2100 MHz?
Second question: Should I consider the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO? It should be under $70.
Third question: How can I achieve at least 4GHz from my CPU? I aim for around 4.2GHz. ASRock has its own overclocking tool, but I'm planning to do it myself. I need it to run at least 30 FPS in Batman Arkham Knight, and currently I see only 1-9 FPS after about 30 minutes.

You would press a button in BIOS to turn on XMP (Extreme Memory Profile). That's how you become an overclocker. Cooler Master isn't the top choice. The cheapest cooler can overheat, especially with AMD chips. Don't push CPU beyond its limits using software. Stick to your BIOS settings.
