Which CPU cooler would you suggest for the i5-4690k to reach 4.5Ghz with stable temperatures during heavy use? Would either of these options work well for overclocking at that speed? Noctua NH D15, Corsair H80i, Corsair H105, Corsair H100i.

I really like that Noctua cooler. It fits well with my i7 4790K and performs excellently at 4.7G. It's quiet and has worked flawlessly since I bought it.
