I’m thinking about boosting an i5-6600k to around 4.5ghz and wanted to know which CPU cooler would fit best under $60 in my area.

Consider purchasing a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or X(Air cooler) or Corsair H80 (water cooler).

Are there alternative fan coolers such as the cm d92 or tpc 612/812 available? What temperature should I anticipate with the 212x when clocked up to 4.5ghz and above?
