Best closed loop cooling?
Best closed loop cooling?
Hey everyone! I've been working on setting up a PC and here are the parts I have. I have some questions about cooling and power supply.
1. What do you suggest for cooling? I'm interested in closed loop systems but don't know which one to pick. I've looked at the forum post [link], but still unsure which is best!
2. If I choose closed loop cooling, do I need to upgrade my power supply?
3. Should I buy any cables or accessories for the build?
4. Can I connect the cooling solution to both the CPU and GPU?
Thanks for your time!
1. Consider using Swiftech H220/240/320 X2 or EK Predator 240/360.
Alternatively, opt for solid air cooling instead.
All the usual Corsair, Coolermaster, NZXT options are unnecessary.
2. High-end water cooling pumps consume only 20-30 watts.
3. A power cable, either Molex or SATA, is sufficient.
4. These approaches work well. Other methods don't.
